In the area of l'Esquerra de l'Eixample we find the restaurant specializing in tartars La Tartarería ·Raw food. Chef Pedro Silva and his partner Tere Sanchez wanted to create a different concept to get away from the usual and provide an original idea for the city of Barcelona.
La Tartarería · Raw food· is the first restaurant with Tartar as the main protagonist; accompanied by other raw, undercooked or low-temperature products. You will find 100% fresh products , whether they are direct from the sea or farms to our restaurant.
When you enter La Tartareria you will find an industrial, elegant and at the same time cozy design, where the mural designed and painted by hand by a local artist takes on special relevance.
