La Tartareria · Raw food · is the first restaurant with Tartar as the main protagonist; accompanied by other raw, undercooked or low-temperature products such as Galician clams with lime and coriander or organic veal bikini or grilled oysters with seaweed butter.
When you enter La Tartareria you will find an industrial design, elegant and at the same time cozy, where the mural designed and painted by a local artist takes on special relevance.
